I am a small auto business and have some knowledge of QuickBooks but was running into tracking as well as other issues.  She was very knowledgeable about the product as well as the process flow involved to generate the reports and statuses in the way that we needed them to  be reported.  She was also able to assist me with the banking process and direct me in a way that would allow me to move forward successfully using the product.  She was also very patient, and has a very good verbalization skills.  I was able to understand her step by step instructions, explanations, and was able to find a resolution to my issues.
